Beyond the first 6 months, all of our contracts are flexible. This means you can give us 6 weeks notice to cancel anytime after the first 6 months. We require a 6 month commitment to ensure we've given the appropriate time for your campaigns to ramp.

We try to make contracts & proposals as simple as possible. This means keeping the technical jargon light, and providing an easy to understand overview of the services being offered.

This depends on how large the project scope is, but generally we can create a contract & proposal within 3-7 days of gathering the relevant information.

If you need to cancel, please get in touch so we can discuss your reasoning for doing so. If we can't come up with a resolution that you're happy with, we'll cancel your ongoing services moving forward.
